That’s why we take every precaution to ensure families are completely pleased with the final design. Toward that end, we have developed processes that virtually eliminate the possibility of disappointment. Here’s what that entails:
- A detailed schematic. You and the customer will see everything we discuss, on paper. Together, we will continue to refine it until a final version is approved. Once it is, that approved schematic will serve as the guide for our skilled artisans.
- A final image. After the order is completed, we will send along detailed photos of the monument or columbaria. The finalized monument should be package and shipped on the next available container.
